How to Set Up a Ledger Nano X (Step-by-Step)

What you need

A Ledger Nano X, the Ledger Live app installed on your phone or computer, and the included USB-C cable.

Step 1: Install Ledger Live

Download Ledger Live from the official website and install it. Open the app and choose to set up a new device.

Step 2: Turn on and pair

Power on the Nano X and pair it with your phone over Bluetooth, or connect it to your computer with the cable.

Step 3: Set a PIN

Choose a PIN code on the device. The PIN protects the device if someone physically takes it.
