Your recovery phrase can restore your wallet and every account in it on any device. Whoever has the phrase can recreate your wallet and spend everything.
Wallets, exchanges and support teams never need your seed phrase to help you. Any request for it is by definition a scam.
Scammers ask victims to 'verify' or 'sync' their wallet by entering the phrase on a fake site. Once entered, the funds are gone within seconds, with no way to reverse it.
Stop, do not respond, and report the account. Then double-check your wallet directly through the official app.
